Fresh Home Finds for Spring

As much as I love the holidays, there’s something about getting over that hump of winter that puts a little skip in my step. That plus the settling in of the spring market means that the remainder of winter is going to fly by in a hurry. We’ve been so spoiled this winter with moderate temps that make getting outside and staying active that much easier. All this fresh air plus my calendar starting to runneth over with appointments has me skipping into spring!

If you know me, you know cleaning is my love language. My favorite way to manage stress, clear my mind or enhance my mood is with my sleeves rolled up and my dusting cloth in hand (I love using these for the perfect disposable dusting cloth). What inevitably comes after a good deep spring cleaning of your home is a few fresh finds for around the house. We are getting an early look at some of our favorite retailers spring look books and not surprising, I’m leaning toward all the blue and pink. I have loved this sea blue rug for as long as I can remember. Dreaming of it being an anchor piece in our home’s new family room. Our beach towels are in desperate need of replacement; rather than the traditional hodge podge of characters and patterns, I’m going to stock up on these classic striped cabana towels. We have these blue lamps in our living room and they are such statement makers with their substantial profile and brass accents. Definitely wanting to jump on the linen sheet train this spring - not only does it bring a little texture to your bed but feels like the perfect blend of a soft and breathable fabric.
